Order Processing
All confirmed orders are generally processed within 24 hours.
Orders placed before 3 PM on working days are dispatched the same day.
Prepaid orders are given priority during processing.
All shipments are sent through India Post.
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.
Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note that delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, natural events, public holidays, festivals, or other unforeseen disruptions.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, cancellation will not be possible.
Refund Timeline
For eligible cancellations or approved refund requests:
Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after approval.
After the refund has been initiated from our side, your bank may require additional business days to credit the amount to your account.
